ACCESSIBILITY OF THE WEBSITE

Last updated: 26.6.2025

Telemach Hrvatska d.o.o. (hereinafter: Telemach) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities. Telemach strives to make its website accessible and user-friendly in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/882 on the accessibility requirements for products and services (European Accessibility Act, hereinafter: EAA) and the harmonized European standard EN 301 549, which is aligned with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA. Digital accessibility is not just a goal we want to achieve, but an ongoing commitment that we implement in every aspect of the provision of digital services. We are aware that this requires continuous monitoring, improvement and adaptation. Below is an overview of the activities undertaken to ensure digital accessibility for all.

How we support accessibility

  • We have integrated accessibility requirements into our internal policies and digital strategies.
  • We have performed automated scans, manual audits and website testing using recognized methodologies and tools.
  • Modifications and refinements have been made based on the deficiencies identified to ensure compliance with EN 301 549.
  • We've built in an accessibility widget that allows users to adjust contrast, text size, enable screen reader modes, and use keyboard navigation.
  • We include accessibility considerations in our product and service design and development processes.
  • Relevant teams are continually educated on best accessibility practices.
  • Automated Remediation Technology (ART) is enabled for all visitors to improve general accessibility, even without assistive technology.

Continuous improvement

We regularly review and enhance our accessibility efforts. This includes scanning www.telemach.hr using automated tools and manual audits to identify and resolve any potential barriers. While we strive for full compliance, some areas still require improvement. Our commitment to digital inclusion is ongoing and evolving.

Limitations and areas under audit

  • Some downloadable files (e.g., PDFs, Word documents) may not be fully optimized for screen readers.
  • Older videos may lack captions, audio descriptions, or transcripts.
  • Third-party content or tools may have accessibility limitations beyond our control.

We are actively working to resolve these issues as part of our long-term accessibility plan.
